essentially we were working with a blank canvas, and just like giving toddlers some finger paints and butcher paper, we ran with it. we always kept in mind that this is the opportunity for us to do whatever we want! so that’s what we did!

our name, de stijl was the basis for our concept. we wanted everything within the space to reflect some aspect of the movement yet still be open for adaptation. the space reflects our approach in the creation of our culture, clean, precise, and functional. we were fortunate enough to have access to some extremely talented individuals throughout the process who were able to create some amazing features within and translate the concept to a reality.
